Welcome to Laurier Heights

Laurier Heights is bordered to the east by the North Saskatchewan River valley. Laurier Heights consists of mainly single-family homes with the exception of a number of senior complexes. Most homes in Laurier Heights were built before 1970 and those on the ridge to the south and east feature impressive views. Many homes have been substantially renovated, however, the community is now seeing an increase in infill development. The community has some small shops with amenities as well as a central park and community center and offers easy access to the river valley parkway system.

The Laurier Heights Elementary Junior High School is located in the neighborhood.
