Hillhurst proper – also knows in Calgary as Kensington, is a highly desirable inner-city neighbourhood in Calgary. Direct access to the downtown core via car – c-train or foot or bike make it attractive to those working downtown. The community features the Kensington and 10th Main Streets with local shops, restaurants, shopping and professional services galore. The neighbourhood consists of a variety of housing types with many newer midrise condo towers by Battistella Developments and Bucci Developments adding further density around the c-train and main street area on 10th. Hillhurst is bounded by the Bow River to the South, 10th Street to the east and 14th Street to the West.
