Meet Denzel James

Denzel has lived in Edmonton for most of his life, only leaving to pursue his dreams of playing professional basketball in both Toronto and overseas in Spain. His biggest passions include basketball, being around family and architecture.

He loves the concept of being in the Real Estate field because it reminds him of some of the trips his parents would take him on as a child where he would get to see different homes and how each style created a unique environment. After playing basketball professionally, he spent 3 years working in sales and also started his own business coaching kids and giving back to the basketball community. (company name Youth Hoops Inc.)

While growing up his parents had properties throughout Alberta, and he was consistently immersed with clients and real estate investors. As a result, he toured many showhomes and was around for many showings. He couldn’t get enough as a child and that passion remains today.

“I love to be around my family, I love to learn, and I love the city of Edmonton. After spending years traveling and seeing different parts of the world, I truly see this city as my home, and I am excited to help my clients find their home in this beautiful city.”
